ICS L85 SA80 - semi only

I'm thinking about converting my ICS L85 to semi only.

Has anyone tried this and if so was it successful and how did you do it?

Please dont ask why I want to do this - i just do!! lol

just lock off the selector so you can only select semi as the r85 only has a safety on the trigger it should be pretty easy to do and you have a gearbox release so you dont have to worry about the gearbox locking on semi.

Ah ok Ive only messed around with the army one not sure if the ics has a safety on the selector id assume it dont ?

Making it to a DMR was an idea however the main reason was to force me to actually take time over my shots rather than just letting rip in the general direction on full auto.

if you get an aeg burst wizard there around £30 new you can set it to "semi mode" or set up a 3 round burst or set it to "sniper" mode where it will give you a 1 second gap between shots
