Bin the bearings.
Bin the piston and piston head.
bin the motor.
Use Solid bushings.
Ultra torque motor.
Full metal tooth piston.
Pom piston head.
Sorbo.
Fet, not AB but one with thermal protection.
Decent 11.1 LiPo.
Harder hop rubber.
I have just built one...Bit higher than your fps but it is lovelly.
You know it is a long V2 gear box so 19 tooth sector gear and piston.
Gun tech.

Piston needs to be longer, not the head.
Sector gear is specific.
No, it's POM. I'm sure that's plastic.
Sorbo - for AOE and noise reduction. Fet - mosfet.

Agreed with above, defo hard hop rubber and m120 spring, my sr15 knocking out 424fps and hits out to 71M
I used system silent piston head and cylinder head

LOL......
Normal V2's are 16 tooth sector gear and piston.
So you need 19 tooth sector gear and piston.
You do not need to replace the gear set they are fine just use the CA ones.
There are a few ways round the 19 tooth bit. You can buy a spacer to fit between the piston and piston head.
You can short stroke the piston 3 teeth and use normal sector gears in there.
If I was you and it was mine, I would do my list above.
The one I just upgraded had 7mm bearings and it was fairly new so maybe someone has changed them.
Fet is Mosfet needed when you use large batteries to take the strain off the trigger contacts. They channel the power in a more efficient way.
