TM M16 DMR Upgrades

Hi everyone, been lurking on here for a while, but I don't post too often.

I have a question for all the techies out there. I want to turn my tm m16a2 into a dmr, so obviously accuracy and consistency with good trigger response. Less importantly, range and quietness would be good, but end of the day it's still an aeg :D

What upgrades should I be looking at? It's currently running at just under 350fps with a black python barrel, and nothing else. It was upgraded by a shop (not sure if I can post the name under this forum's rules?) so I dunno exactly what upgrades were performed. I feed it 9.6v NIMH batteries and my local site's .25 bios.

I'm considering a mosfet, ultimate hop and a firefly hop rubber. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers, guys.
