SRC M4 - TB and Hopup
22 July, 2011, 11:17
Hi Guys
Just a bit of advice please. looking at a TB and new Hopup for my M4.
Can anyone confirm a madbull TB and Hop-up would work on my M4, or would I need a specific unit. I have been told (I don't know how reliable this is) that the SRC will use TM parts straight out the box, but as always, comments and help is much appreciated.
Cheers
Dave

Re: SRC M4 - TB and Hopup
Madbull ultimate + madbull blue rubber + black python TB.
They're designed to work together as a set and, while they're all good bits of kit taken on their own, together they're awesome!

Re: SRC M4 - TB and Hopup
the beauty of the madbull hop, you can add a tracer led to it afterwards, and you then have a built in tracer unit! (its on my WANTS!!! list!)

Aye, our glorious sponsors do the complete kit for about 60 notes...
Indeed, 57 notes...

It is very tempting...

Re: SRC M4 - TB and Hopup
Do note; if you have a plastic SRC body I believe they use the normal TM style split hopup. You cannot put a metal one piece hop unit in this type of body without cutting and modification of the lower receiver!
I've done it once and not sure I'd recommend it to anyone that hasn't done a lot of mods before, but of course we all have to start somewhere.
