Aluminium piston/cylinder heads?

Evening all.
i want to fit an ally piston and cylinder head to my M60, to get the nice loud 'clacking' noise when fired.
Are there any cylinder heads out there without the padding/buffer? or should i just buy one and cut the rubber out?

there are many, check out the element one, does not have padding.

If you mean just the basic piston head, then no you won't achieve a large difference in noise, particularly if you are using a tapered cylinder head, the buffer pad will still take the shock.
You can modify non tapered cylinder heads so that there is just a solid face much like the Skunkwerks mod below which will give you a very sharp report, but you risk damaging the mech case.
