Ics m4 stock help

Hello
My stock is wobbly I have taken it off and it seems I have over tightened it now I need to replace the stem that the stock screws to any ideas were I van get one and what is really called cheers

It's an ICS M4 Stock Adaptor. Zero One sell them

Mine broke the same way, but I put a nut into the stock tube from inside the gun (When split in two) and screwed the stock bolt into that instead. I'm not sure of the size of the nut but it is a common size.
