Epic fail, SRC gen 3 m4 gearbox tappel plate

Hi y'all,
had a problem with my hk416 so deconstructed the gearbox, got it back together and on firing the tappel plate broke at the back neat the sector gear!!

1) What happened
2) Where can I get a replacement Tappet plate? (m4 gen 3 SRC gearbox)

ragging the gearbox out of the gun with the selector on full auto will do it, I did it last week! easy fix, pm incoming theres a shop in the midlands that can fix it for you
