Blow Back Rifle Jamming Please Help

Hiya
Has anyone had or heard of issues with the blowback on a rifle causing bb's to jam?
My brand new gun has been jamming and now iv disabled the blowback it hasnt happened again....im hoping its this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
