i need help trying to find somewhere where they do cheap IRL1404z mosfets?

Best place I have found to get stock within the week, for an OK price is RS Components
No minimum order online either which is usually the problem.

ebay sell 3 irl1404 p channel mosfets iirc for about £6, if youre looking to make an AB mosfet then you will also need an n channel mosfet, as for the resistors you can pick up the 30 & 100ohm resistors for about £1.50 for a pack of 100 of each.

i got the resistors, and the other mosfet, its an SPP80P06P Mosfet. i can get this one at...... i think farnells.
