ARES UMP HELP! (Feeding issues/ hi cap mag issues)

I got an ARES UMP

and two issues

the gun doesnt fire properly - fires a few good shots at its proper fps then a few are spat out, even worse on full auto

Hi cap mag doesnt wind now - was winding the mag it clicked didnt unwind and now doesnt wind, took it out of the casing and a moon shaped gear appered out of no where and the winding wheel isnt engaging with the winding mechanism as i put bbs in the resivour n manually turned the gears and it wound fine

sounds like the hi cap speaks for its self, use another for testing. preferably a mid that cme with the gun.

Might be worth replacing the tappet plate and airnozzle. If you want to try reseating the hop rubber it could give you a quick fix.
