ICS Upgrading

Hi guys , I got the ICS M4 for Christmas and some money so am going to try and upgrade it with:

.Tightbore 6.03 barrel
.Hop Rubber
.Mabye a hop unit
.And any other upgrades you guys recommend

I have been searching around and found a few parts , but I don't know if it really is an "upgrade" or wether it will downgrade it or stay the same. Is their any parts you know of that can be upgraded on this gun ?

I am also upgrading my Well L96 and my Cyber gun ak47 so any upgrades you can find for them would be great ! Cheers guys

depends what you are trying to active, what do you want your gun to do?
higher rof, more accurate, higher power?

I regards to upgrading an ICS M4 I would go with just a 6.03 mad bull barrel and new hop rubber. With regards to hop up units, the ics hop up unit is really the only hopup unit that fits in the receiver. You can fit a mad bull hop unit, but from what i have heard you will need to do a bit of work to get it to fit and the air seal with the nozzle will not be as tight as with the standard ics hop unit.

Out the box, ics stuff is really good, i had an MP5 and all i did was a madbull v2 tightbore in there and a new hop rubber (systema i used) and it was immense! The motors are good, gearboxes are good, so you just need the shot consistancy really. Done and leave it lol

Don't they come as standard with an Orangy coloured 6.03 barrel? They just feel cheap and nasty.

If it was mine I would just initially swap the hop rubber and junk the crappy motor. It might say high torque on it but compare it to the likes of an SHS one and you will know where I'm coming from. You may need to keep the pinion though.

Think about the wiring and swap over to LiPo if you don't use them already.

Get a fet
Look at the aws stealth/raptor
They're really good
Or extreme fire fets

Get a new piston as mine was crapp
(Get a shs piston)

New barrel not really necessary but a new hop rubber is a must as the stock one is junk
