    G36 problem

    I've replaced the inner barrell and hop unit in my CA G36k (because it was C length) with a barrell/hop from a JG G36k.

    There is now a problem, every 5th or 6th bb travels only a few feet but the others fly fine and seem quite accurate. The gun was firing ok before, any ideas?

    Check that you have reassembled the hop unit correctly.

      Can you get a crono, maybe at your local site? See what FPS the shots are, including the normal ones.

        The hop and inner barrell were swapped as a unit so there was no disassembly there, i'll go and chrono it just now though.

          Then there may well be an issue with the new hop unit.

            FPS is 290 which is what it was before with the odd shot at 8fps!
