Copper Ring part Deux
10 February, 2012, 19:27
So,
After fitting my shiny new madbull barrel I just tryed to fit the copper ring and it dos not fit! the ring is about 2mm to small from both ends, I think the barrle is ok and I have taped the barrel where the hop-up is but I just want to make sure that it is OK to use.
Thank you.

Re: Copper Ring part Deux
Not really sure what you're describing there (a photo would help).
I THINK the ring is there to stop the barrel from moving about, and centralise it. If that's the case, as long as it goes in some way, and doesn't stop the hop from being fitted to the gun, it should be OK.

Re: Copper Ring part Deux
Basicly,
The copper ring that goes onto the barrel between the hop-up and the barrel does not fit, It is to small and will not fit over the barrel so I am wondering if this will effect the range on the gun, the barrel does seem like a soild fit but I just want to make sure.
