I have one of these....broke opent her receiver to have a gander at the split gearbox and now I can't get the bugger back together properly - Won't seat correctly at the rear of the upper receiver.

Am I missing a trick?

There is a latch at the front, mae sure that is done, then they should just come together :P

rotate the gears a little with your thumb to ensure the toothess section is upwards. make sure the plastic "wings" (with hole in for that retaining pin) on the upper go down inside the lower... make sure your barrel and upper gearbox are fully forward an the wires by your hop aren't fouling that...

Cheers gents....It must be the gears as the teeth are uppermost in the lower gearbox
