2nd hand tar 21 compression problem

So I just got the gun to bits and it seems that the hop rubber and barrel is really loose fit within the hop up chamber. It's causeing the aeg to shoot at 100 fps lower.

Can you buy thicker hop rubbers?

you could try PTF tape like they do for the JG bar 10 mod that should give a good seal around the hopunit ?

putting PTFE tape around it will also improve the hop-up abit by packing it into the unit abit more
