single shot works once after using full auto... wtf?

Hi guys, just fitted an active breaking mosfet, just a £15 thing and ever since doing so and after a new re-shim my gun now only works on singel shot once i go from full auto.

The single shot only works once and then its like as if my safety is on nearly unless I go back to full auto then singel shot works... but only for one shot :@

Any idea what the issue is?

One I wired in my self.

With the motor disconected the active breaking works perfectly.

Also, in safety mode I can pull the trigger and safety works but applying a bit more pressure and the trigger pulls all the way.
