powering up a tm glock

I have started sniping resonantly, and use my glock 17 as my main back up because it is accurate and has a reasonable range, but it is obviously out gunned at 30m by AEGs so I have decided to sink some money in to getting the maximum performance out of it in terms of power, accuracy and range.
I don't want to run a longer inner barrel inside a silencer as this would make the pistol too long for what I need it to do.
so my question is, what are the very best upgrades to achieve the above and how have people got on with them?

Nineball purple hop rubber and gas router will get you off to a good start.
