Which is more needed Gun oil or grease?

    Which is more needed Gun oil or grease?

    I used to use grease and gun oil on my dads old rifles but im not sure on it for GBB P226, also where to put it etc

    I use silicone grease on the slide rails of my ksc g18c, but a relatively light grease - dont want to be gumming up the slide! Oil is used for plastic/plastic and plastic/metal contact.

      So i wouldnt need oil for a full metal 226 then?

        The oil is great for cleaning it on the outside.

            I personally use oil on the internals, and your full metal 226 will have at least a plastic nozzle (but probably just the nozzle)

            Monster Airsofter Hi, Im Jed and Airsoft is a big part of my life, Everywere you look in my home you will find items to show it. Gun hanging on my wall, BBs spread all over the house and bits of dpm here there and everywhere. I'd prefer mil sim but any airsoft is good airsoft, ive only tried Ground Zero and Challenge leisure but will try others like Tier 1, The Sandpit, Ambush and Combat South.
