Is it possible for someone to make a very quick video on the easy way to get the bloody slide back on on the TM FN 5-7? Ive been messing about with it for about 10 mins now and finnally got it to stay on like normal. just wondered what the trick is as ive never had that much trouble putting a slide back on before.

hammer has to be locked back.

yeah i had it locked back whilst putting the slide on but id seat the slide, pull it right back, push the release switch forward again but when i slowly release the slide it goes past normal position and just lifts off the front again

put it down before you slide it back

lol, no, but the catch back into the locked position, then slide it back and cock it. mine does the same if you lock it at the back
