Wa para p14.45 questions/ advice on repair

hi all I'm not much of fan working with pistol gbb's but i can find my way around them
i have just got a second hand WA p14 para that was sold with faults , held the gun for 30sec and i think i know wot is up but i want to ask for your advice
the faults
trigger when pulled is crunchy / sticky ( not smooth ) and does not return
hammer will not lock back and it free to move to its home position
i am thinking its the sear ( part 72 3 metal prong do dar ) what do you people think ?
any help would be great on this

Hi Mate,
Was it you that asked me about parts; only got spare valves I'm afraid. Does sound like the sear, however it may just be that someone has taken it apart and hasn't fitted the leaf spring correctly. This is quite common with WA guns; "it's just like a real gun" attitudes cause real problems! If it was a real gun I wouldn't pull apart the trigger mech!

thanks for taking the time to reply it was a very worn hammer in the end replaced it and it then worked
