Delta Ring problem- Fitting advice please

Hi all

I bought a Iron airsoft KAC URX and am having difficulty fitting it.

It fits fine on my AGM Upper receiver:


However when i tried to fit it to my G&P WOC upper receiver it would not fit, it gets to around 3 or 4 twists from the end before it does not screw any more and then it becomes very difficult to either tighten it or remove it.




I thought there would be something wrong with the thread of the upper receiver but it fits everything else:

It looks like there is nothing visibly wrong with the thread its self:




I have tried silicone oil and spray etc does not work, what should i do.

Got a pic comparing the two upper's threads? Is one longer than the other?

Yeah its not longer its the threads

G&P is metric = 31.5

WA/AGM and is imperial=1.25

Airsoft AEG= imperial 1.20

This difference of .5 is why it does not fit i now need to rethread the G&P to imperial R/S or AEG

The difference was 0.93mm so small you wouldnt notice it with your eyes, so now i have to go and rethread my G&P receiver with a die or use the madbull one, god this WOC is costing me so much money !
