Upgrading a G&G G96
7 May, 2013, 23:42
Hi everybody,
I've been planning for a while now to upgrade my G&G G96, but since it seems to be a rather inconvenient weapon to upgrade, i still have some questions and i hope you guys can help me out.
I've been asking around and checking some forums and all state the same: the VSR-10 conversion kit is the way to go!
...but where can i find one? :D
Also, there seems to be a problem with the stock nozzle on the bolt provided with the gun: it's too short and people seem to find it hard to remove it from the bolt since it needs to be replaced with the longer nozzle that the conversion kit contains.
So i'm wondering if anybody has an idea how to remove the nozzle or which bolt i should buy to replace the stock one?
I'm also planning to install an air rig onto the gun and getting a 6.01 inner barrel.
If there are any G&G G96 upgraders.... feel free to overwhelm me with tips on what to do with this awesome gun!
Thanks in advance everybody and i hope to get started soon!
