P99 Fs random bit!

Recently bought a p99 and it worked fine til late on in the day it stopped firing.
It fires with no mag in, but pop in the mag and it's like the trigger mech isn't going back far enough to release the firing block/pin.

Before taking the top slide off I saw something in the chamber and gave it a shake and something fell out and I can't figure out where it's supposed to go.

Any ideas or is it something else??

don't know what exactly...but it looks like it snapped off something...would recommend a full strip, see what's broken...if you can find a disassembly video it should show what's missing if it hasn't snapped off somewhere

Did a strip already, but there doesn't seem to be anything obvious.

Can you get the slide off and take a picture looking down on the lower, I am pretty sure you have broken the bb stopper, same thing happened to my old one

I tried and failed miserably to get parts from Mauzen and Umarex, so decided to mill one, however I haven't got around to it yet.

You can mill the part yourself? I'll take one then...! PM me if you think it's something you'd really be able to do...really want to get it up and running again..!

Nope, I got in touch with umarex, but they didn't have a part in stock.
