WE Hi-Capa 5.1, Slide stuck buck?

I was just firing it and the slide locked back. BBs were still in the magazine.
I've taken the magazine out and even tried to dissasemble it but its just locked back completely

I can move it about an inch back.

Any Ideas?

just fixed this. I moved the hop back until it clicked - but if i slowly move the slide forward it still gets stuck.
please help

Is the spring guide seated properly. Also is the blowback chamber fully working
