KWA USP intermittent loading problem

I'm having some issues with my kwa usp.

It'll only feed every other shot, and the blowback feels pretty pathetic. It does this on green, propane and mapp.

It also won't lock back after the last shot, even with only one bb loaded into the mag.

This is using 1 nearly new mag and one brand new, so I don't think its a mag issue.

I've soaked the hop rubber in acetone to try and get rid of any silicone, polished the loading ramp and contact points on the frame, it cycles smoothly by hand.

I'm stumped!

Solved this now.

Fully rebuilt the bbu to find no problems at all with it.

I removed the second stiffer inner recoil spring, and re-assembled the recoil rod without it. Better, full recoil now, locks back as it should and feeds every time

Looks like this gun was designed for hotter climates than the uk in autumn!
