nine ball hop issue on hi capa

Just fitted a nine ball rubber and an elite 6.01 tb into my hi capa,
When I fire the bb just rolls out the end of the barrel.
Anybody have a fix for this issue?

Also any body fitted an AIP light weight bbu and had isses with it binding on the lower frame.
Gave up with it atm want to sort the hop/barrel issue atm.

too much hop put on. i always had mine about h`lfway.but I've swapped it out for the a+ rubber and i get better results

Too much hop was my initial thought but the hop is fully wound off
And I know this is a popular hop rubber thats used alot.

Have you tried pushing a BB through manually to diagnose the issue?

Possibly the hop rubber being a bit mishapen at the barrel opening.

Could also be the metal nub arm is bent an pushing down still without any hop on.
