kwc p99-accesories

Hi, i just got a kwc p99, its a great little gun but i was hoping i could get a maruzen never mind. The reason i wanted a maruzen is because i can add the new outer barrell ad silencer and tactical rail system from zeroone. i waswondering are tey compatible with other makes of p99 such as my kwc??? cheers
