Problem with ICS GLM Grenade Launcher

I got this GLM and everything looks good but the tubes rotate fine with a decent click but when I fire the loading tubes just rotate all the way back. It's as if the latch isn't strong enough to catch each tube in line with the barrel?

Even with a quick trigger pull and release the tubes seem to skip a few to about the 3rd tube then a second pull just rotates the tubes all the way back to the starting position.

So has anyone had any issues like this with their GLM? And does anyone have any suggestions for me to start looking at getting things sorted?

My pal's does this as well, he purchased it from the only airsoft shop in the world recently, he's not got around to sending it back yet (don't think he can be arsed tbh)

read the manual change the spring position.
