gas grenade

right so i just got my gas grenade today and loaded and fired about 5 times all together. came to fire it again and.............hisssss. leak
i took the vavle out and had a look at it and nothing seemed wrong. i screwed it back in and must have over tightened it because there was a split in the actual thread on the vavle!! i took it out and squeazed it with a pair of pliers "gently" and BANG it just practicly blew up in my hands!! it snaped! can anyone tell me where i can get a new vavle for it.
