ASG STI Tactical problems

Hi,

I have a lovely ASG STI Tactical pistol with a few issues, firstly the outer battle is broken which in turn has broken the lip of the hopup.

The pistol is too good to bin but struggling to find a replacement hopup and outer barrel. On browsing around the kwa 1911 mk4 outer barrel looks the same. Does anyone know where I can get my hads on the replacement parts or know of what other makes might fit.

Is that pistol not a Hi-Capa made to look like a 1911? If it is, there is a vast aftermarket selection of parts available. Even if it is a 1911, there are still many spares available. I had a quick look on google, but when I type in 'ASG STI Tactical' a few different pistols come up. Maybe post a picture here so we can be more helpful

Looks like a Hi-capa 4.3 if you ask me. Like I said there are many aftermarket parts available for hi-capas. Unfortunately, we can't mention other retailers on here, however a google search of 'hi capa uk' will give you a few sites to look at. One of them is a hi capa parts specialist, and has been building them for years now. Very friendly chap, and extremely knowledgeable. Hope this helps you find your bits and peices

Thank you, I've managed to a little research and it would seem the asg sti tactical is a KWA 1911DS. I have managed to get a diagram of it and the parts match just need to source the parts for either. KWA said its $23 but not sure on cost for the uk delivery waiting to hear.

You will need original KSC/KWA parts for it, as It's a proprietary design. The usual Hi capa parts will not work.
