Maruzen PPK/s not feeding

Hi I've got an issue with my maruzen ppk/s the magazine seems to be holding gas fine and the slide moves freely but when I go to fire the gun the first shot fires a bb and then all subsequent shots will only fire gas. The slide does complete the cycle and pulls the hammer back but it will only fire another bb if I manually cock the gun then I can fire one shot before it goes back to firing gas only.

Any advice on resolving this issue would be appreciated.

check the loading ramp for debris, same with mag follower and channel. also check the blowback unit is moving smoothly as if its stuck forward it might still fire but not load.
