Plzzzz help Lowering fps on asg m1 carbine 6mm version

Heya guys anyone got any advice on downgrading a m1 carbine was knocking around 470fps after striping it down and trying to put a bigger oring on the vavle the fps was very inconsistent so I put the old oring back on and it is still very inconsistent looks like the vavle is not sitting straight after every shot and decreasing the amount of gas Being sent through the nozzle plzzz help

If you search t'internet you'll eventually come upon an article about how to use a gearbox shim as a flow restrictor in the valve. Can't link to it due to the usual rules and regs on here.

Cheers buddy will look into it. Was thinking of something like that after seeing the release of we techs gas version
