  • 1911 feeding problems

I have a custom 1911 knighthawk and it has trouble feeding, sometimes it runs fine but 9 times out off 10 it loads a round when you cock it then leaves the rest or at least skips a few, and occasionally it dumps gas after the mag has just been filled with it. No clue what it is wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, thanks.

When you say custom, is it a we one, or something else?

If it's venting and not loading rounds, it'll be the blowback nozzle. Does it spring back freely if pulled forward?

No, take the slide off, turn it upside down, and pull the nozzle forward, away from the slide. What happens?
