We gen 4 glock 17 hop issues

Basically i cant seem to get enough hop on to get better range the gun is brand new just seems like doesnt have enough contact with bbs to get backspin on them just drops short? Anyone got anyadvise i could try

Hi Tom,

If it's clear the hop isn't engaging the bb's then try taking the unit apart and putting it back together. It may be as simple as something not lining up properly.

It's very easy to do, even I have done before.

I'd suggest this is the issue, as WE's QC is fairly poor!

Hey dude yeah its clear that the bucking isnt engaging the rubber took it apart and couldnt see anything wrong so i had little bit of a brain wave and glued a small thin peice of card onto the hop arm where it presses on the bucking and it seems to have cured it now fires the length of garden straight... Would it benefit if i could get hold of a tm hop unit?

Ah good thinking..

And most likely, tm hops are better! Don't know 100% if they fit though, so make she of that first!

Hard time finding a tm hop found two in past week but both sold....this will do for now

get a BIC pen, cut the end off and the cut that in half and it makes the perfect thing for what you need
