Glock Scope Mounts
3 May, 2010, 20:55
This is one of those awkward questions that that can lead to quite a bit of faffing but with that in mind here goes:
How do you go about attatching a scope rail to a glock?
There seems to be two postions that it mounts onto the frame, at the slide rail but there's also a smaller loop further back.
If this is indeed the case has anyone ever tried to remove the pin (part 59 in the diagram) in order to be able to put a longer pin in etc to be able to keep the scope mount in place?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated especially if anyone has first hand experience of what the heck to do :P

Re: Glock Scope Mounts
I'm literally just looking at my glock internals right now it appears that th pin holds the trigger, as long a u keep the trigger in same place and position, you should be fine when taking it out and putting new one in

Re: Glock Scope Mounts
I can now confirm tapping it out with a screwdriver and a hammer works.
