PTS Stock on GBBR
25 July, 2015, 16:14
Hi guys, have any of you got experience of putting a PTS or similar style stock on an M4 GBB stock tube?
I see these stocks for sale but most say for AEG which I believe have smaller diameter stock tubes.

Re: PTS Stock on GBBR
Should be even more straight forward to fit on a gbb than an aeg.
Aeg's will have wiring inside the tube if batteries are also in the stock.
So, so long as you have the correct buffer tube, this should be a straight swap taking about 30 seconds.
Before buying, ask the question of the hole diameter of the stock.
Last thing you will want is a sloppy fit....the tighter the better!!

Re: PTS Stock on GBBR
AEG's usually have stock tubes patterned off the dimensions of Milspec buffer tubes. The obvious exception to this is PTWs, which run commercial spec sized buffer tubes (larger in diameter than Milspec). In short, if it's designed for a regular AEG then it'll go onto a GBBR buffer tube fine. Just be aware that some manufacturers are a bit crap and their stocks will be wobbly on
both
AEG and GBBR stock tubes because they simply didn't manufacture them to the right dimensions to start with - and that goes for certain real-deal manufacturers as it does for Airsoft manufacturers.
