  • Tokyo marui pistols and propane

I have recently purchased two non metal marui pistols one being a sentinel nine and a glock. My question is am I ok to use propane in these being non metal?

    Thanks

Have used the following TM models on Propane with no issues

226 Used this for 2 Years
    PX4 Over a year
    Desert Eagle 6 months
    1911 Over a year
    FN 5-7 6 months

    This was in all weathers
The United Kingdom. Its where Great Britain used to be.

Thank God for that didn't fancy going down the route of £8 bottles of green gas again

I've used propane on my all tm pistols , 1911,Px4,hk45 with no issues for over 2 years but recently gone back to gg because of the horror stories I've heard of cracked slides etc

Think I will use propane for the amount I shoot which isn't a great deal when not skirmishing. New slides aren't too much and if you think about it you could fall in a game and damage the slide

Propane is green gas without the added silicone oil. I've run every TM pistol on Propane. Only ever had one fail, that was an old Glock 18c. Every other has been fine.

Run my plastic HiCapas 4.3 and 1911s A1/M.E.U on propane for the past 5 years. I only play pistols so they have been used heavily.
I only switch to 144a when the temperature is more than 25°C.

Never had a cracked slide (got 3 spares anyway). Got a broken hop unit few month back but that is on my main pistol, probably got more than 50k bbs through it.
