Kj p226 help releases gas after reloading

I bought this brand new from z1 this week I've never owned a gas pistol before

I can shoot one full mag (25 bb's) but if I reload it and re-gas it after firing 1 bb it releases the entire gas charge, the mag is very cold and I was told to use green gas as it is a blowback

Is this normal or should I take it back?

It's called rapid cool down mate

The mag won't hold the gas when it cold

Keep the mag in your pocket to warm up after reloading with ammo and gas

And get more then one mag for it to prevent it

Massive thread revival but thought I'd say Z1 changed the green gas to Abbey ultra and no problems since
