G18C Hammer set & trigger bar?

Can a TM G18C hammer set and trigger bar be used in place of WE G18C parts without modification - i.e. are they drop in compatible?
or
Can a WE G18C slide and internals be matched with a TM lower frame and internals?

I'm building a G18C and have a complete WE slide but just an empty TM frame - I need to know if I can build the lower with TM parts or if I need to stick to WE parts.
