Gas mag problem? m1911a1
13 August, 2016, 22:06
I seem to have a problem which I don't really understand. I have some TM and and some KJW mags around 6 in total
The problem is when I put green gas in them they're gassing out like I'm emptying it? but then keep the gas inside when I lift off.. With no leaks.
I'm questioning if the green gas nozzle was leaking out but it fills other ones perfectly.
I don't seem to understand, there's gas coming in and out at the same time. like its being deflected in or leaking out?

Tm fill valves leak gas whilst filling it's in there design. It stops gas pressure building up in the mag whilst filling so you get more liquid in the mag. Not sure on kjw the might be same design.

Hmm that is weird tm mags only really do that normally when very full and it's an indication to stop filling. Maybe take the valves out and service..or your gas can your using is leaking a lot?

I can't decide between them, might buy a new can before I strip them, I'm not good at stripping them
