Sticky Loading Nozzle.
17 April, 2017, 09:31
Hello all.
I have a problem with my KSC Mac11. The gun fires true but the loading nozzle sticks sometimes.
I have lubed it and strengthened the spring but the problem continues to happen.
All your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Sticky Loading Nozzle.
So piston seal is fine, moves freely by hand?
May be a nozzle / bucking combo if you have changed from stock parts.
That is assuming it won't release from the bucking.
If it fires true what's the problem? Is the sticking nozzle causing cycle / reload issues?

Re: Sticky Loading Nozzle.
When the nozzle is free from the housing it moves fine. The nozzle moves nicely out by hand but doesn't retract. All parts are original. It's basically an over priced springer at the moment.
