Stark Arms Glock 17 problems!

Hey guys,

My friend has a Stark Arms Glock 17 which has three main problems:

1) the slide seems to get stuck by about 5mm before it goes fully forward and locks into battery, so does not cycle or feed properly when firing

2) when pointed downwards the BB rolls out the barrel 50% of the time (so hop up maybe?)

3) I can't for the life of me get the slide off from the frame. I pull the tabs down and the slide goes forward a few millimetres and then stops.

The pistol is only 6months old and has had about 6mags through it. Silicone oil was put on the inner rails and hop up when it was bought.

Any help would be great

I eventually got the slide off using the tissue paper method. I've cleaned everything, re oiled the rails and put a drop in the hop up and it's still not firing properly.

The slide still locks up and not feeding BBS properly.
