    help please

    hey guys and gals . i just finished replacing my 1911's feed nozzle and went to fire it . and noticed there is a thin spring missin that enables it to spring back so the mag doesnt vent

    does anyone know where can get one from or is there anyother spring that can be used

    if you are talking about the spring/s that make the nozzle go back, i used 2 identical pens springs and they worked sweet as a nut

      yeah but on my 1911's they only have one spring that makes it return

        Well just use one spring instead of two?

          no there is only one spring under neath the gas engine in a 1911 . it nit a normal recoil spring set up like a m9
