Stuck/Jamming loading nozzle (pic heavy)
26 July, 2010, 21:20
Hi everyone, having a bit of a problem with a hi-capa slide.
Quite often when I'm firing, the slide will get stuck about half way (the slide catch meets up
with the disassembly notch) and becomes very difficult to push (and even slam) the slide back and forth.
Every now and then the slide will cycle fully, but very rarely.
Many thanks, sorry for the large pictures.

Pretty much the issue is going to be the piston cup.
What you need to do, is strip down the blow back unit. Clean out all the gunk and crap. The reassemble with a couple drops of silicone oil round the piston head/cup.

Problem resolved, turns out the barrel luggs in the slide and grooves in the barrel needed meeting up properly, the 2 part barrel had a tendency to separate, seeming as WE did not thread their hi capa barrels. - Thread-locked it, works like a charm now.
