TM p226 venting gas

First of all, sorry if this is a stupid question, i've looked about the place and cant find a solution to this problem.

My TM p226 is venting gas through the barrel and the breach and the entier mag is empty within 1-4 shots.

Can anyone help me, and provide some troubleshooting or solutions?
