    3 Round Burst 1911

    I've built a 1911 from a TM donor, it was working fine until I took it apart to give it a clean and now it seems to fire in 3 round bursts.....anyone else had this problem.....I've heard that RS 1911's have similar problems and that its down to the trigger and hammer but I cannot find any problems......

    Any help or insight would be appreciated..........thanks

      yes its bloody annoying because when i pull the trigger i don't know if I'll get 1 shot or 3

        Take it apart again, and make sure the sear spring (pronged silver thing) is correctly contacting with the sears.
