KWA Glock 19 gbb venting gas out of barrel/ejection opening

I have a problem with my KWA Glock 19 gbb, it keeps venting gas out of the barrel and ejection opening after firing only a few shots.

I have replaced the 2 blow back unit springs and replaced the stock floating valve with a shooters design aluminium valve. I have lubed it all up and checked it over, nothing seems to be broken or damaged. The mags don't leak and are in good condition.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I had the same problem with my mp5k, ended up trading it, Ive heard it may be because the mags arent full enough, silly question but are you filling right up?

I thought I was yes. I'm filling it for a good 3-4 seconds until the gas starts spewing out the side of the gas bottle top and bottom of the mag valve.

Also the top slide doesnt seem to come all the way forward, could this be beause the recpoil spring and rod needs to be upgraded? (it has the stock one designed for the plastic slide, I have upgraded to a metal slide).
