KJ P226 mags
12 September, 2010, 20:08
I've got the above pistol, and they've both developed severe leaks at the base plate. Any advice on fixing them.
Are TH mags also compatible with the KJ 226 as well? (just wondering)

Remove the two roll pins from the side of the mag, and the baseplate should come away.
I think the best option found for sealing them is instant gasket around the seal should do it.
And yes KJ and TM mags are compatible 100% i have one.

Re: KJ P226 mags
The o-ring will come out looking squarish, but it's actually just a basic round o-ring.
I emailed KJW and they sent me a bag load for my 229 and just charged me $5 for postage. Try sending them an email if you can't find a spare anywhere. They're an R-10 size (19mm outside diameter and 2.5mm section).
