G&P GBB Pmags Conversion

I got these mags (three in total) with a G&P GBBR I bought but not sure what I need to do with them to get them up and running.
Just seem to have the Pmag shell and the aluminium inner.

If anyone has a link to a video of webpage on what I need to do, it would be appriciated.
