KSC MAC-11 help
24 October, 2010, 12:15
After I insert some kickass gas in it for 5 seconds (as recommended) or 10+ seconds. [tried both many times]
I have only completely filled it up as such, where the gas starts to come out of the bottom as its filled up completely... twice.
After probably about 15 attempts.
So when it is filled up it can fire off a full mag, but when it isnt full but there should be lots in because i've held it in for a while it will fire 3/4 shots on semi then go PPPFFSSSHHH as if all the gas has gone.
Help??
Also, with the mac magazines you got to hold the spring down to the bottom then let go and it will hold in place so you have two hands to put bb's in, but one of the magazines spring wont stay at the bottom? :/

Re: KSC MAC-11 help
That is possible. I owned a KSC M11 a while back and the mag spring lock systems are not amazing. I don't think I've ever had an issue with them venting though...Check the seals and the valves. That is all I can suggest.

Re: KSC MAC-11 help
Well it should only require a screwdrive and maybe a couple of other things. Just check each rubber seal for tears. Also if they are dried out, you will need to soak them in silicon oil.
Before you do that, what was the temperature of the surroundings when you last fired it?

Re: KSC MAC-11 help
Probably 15-20 degrees. Tried in a few different tempature zones though i can only guess the lowest would be about 6 degress and highest 20.
Also some sort of guide? :/ i'm a noob when it comes to gas guns

Re: KSC MAC-11 help
Well generally at <10 degrees a lot of gas guns vent. I have used gas guns up to nearly 30degrees. I don't know what others on the forum would say. If it was at 15-20degrees then I guess it probably is the seals. If you're not confident about it I suggest take it to a specialist :P
